Returns

Goods can be refunded within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Provided that:

• • They are unmarked and have not been used
• • They are returned in the original packaging in a clean, resalable condition

Please contact info@kateveale.com and inform us that you wish to return an item, quoting the corresponding order reference number.

If a product is faulty or the wrong product has been dispatched, Kate Veale will accept the charges for return of goods. In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges.

Kate Veale cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. We therefore recommend a certificate of posting is gained from the Post Office or Courier.

Delivery

For UK customers your parcel will usually be delivered the next working day, but please allow 2-3 working days from the date of purchase.

For European orders please allow between 3-7 working days from the date of purchase.

Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change prices and descriptions or modify or substitute any of our products without notice. All goods sold on this website and any associated advertisements are only an invitation to treat and are not offers.

Any orders received represent an offer to buy the products indicated and selected by you. This is not a binding contract until acceptance of the order and the goods have been dispatched. This means if the price, description or any other information is incorrect Kate Veale shall not be obliged to sell you this product.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order up to the point of order despatch. Thereafter order cancellation will be treated as an order return. Please contact info@kateveale.com to do so.
